  • Community Integration: We identify and facilitate opportunities for individuals to engage in social and recreational activities within the new community.
  • Ongoing Support: We support the individual with building connections and relationships with neighbors, community members, and local organizations to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  • Monthly Events: Our marketing team works hard to find monthly activities in surrounding counties, free and low-cost, that are IDD friendly and encourage community support. From farmer's markets, local business events, festivals, and more, we cater our events to the unique needs of individual clients to ensure they can interact with the community at their comfort level.



Specific Services Provided

At Aspire Community Services, we offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of our participants. These include: 

  • Individualized care plans developed in collaboration with the participant, family/guardian, and healthcare professionals. 
  • Access to recreational activities, social outings, and community engagement programs.
  • Supportive services to promote independence, skill development, and self-advocacy.
  • Coordination of healthcare services and assistance with medical appointments.
